Ways in which you can use Aloe Vera against alopecia and baldness

Ingested: Aloe vera juice-based products help to alkalize the diet and neutralize the pH from inside to outside, preventing over-acidification of the body. Foods based on this plant have a positive effect on hair growth if consumed regularly.

Topical: Applying it directly on the scalp in the form of a cream with aloe vera, or directly massaging the aloe gel present inside the plant. In this case, the gel must be left to act on the hair for 20 or 30 minutes, and then washed with a mild shampoo.

What minerals does Aloe Vera have and how to use them to cure alopecia and baldness?

Aloe Vera contains multiple minerals such as Vitamins A, C, E, B12, zinc, magnesium, chromium, calcium, potassium, and sodium.

That is why it is highly recommended for hair loss and baldness if it is a nutritional or vitamin deficiency since you can even find proteolytic enzymes such as peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase, which prevent excessive inflammation.

To take advantage of all these vitamins and minerals and prevent hair loss, you can make the following home remedy.

Both ingredients are antibacterial and antifungal, promoting strong and healthy growth.

It is worth noting that the anti-inflammatory agents in aloe contribute to the strengthening of the immune system. Depending on the type of baldness, these can attenuate hair loss by calming inflammation, and deep cleaning the pores without the need for chemical agents, making this process a little less invasive than other chemical treatments.

Aloe, however, is not a miracle cure that makes hair grow back, especially in cases of alopecia where the hair follicles are progressively destroyed, for example by the effect of the hormone DHT.
