Hair systems and wigs: do not sign any contracts…safe you from fraud !?

In the world of hair systems and wigs there is often the need from the seller to make the customer sign a contract.

So, as if we were facing a complex financial operation. The supplier demands the buyer to sign a contract which doesn’t protect the latter, but the seller himself.

Those contracts can often be defined as completely unfair, because they are clearly unbalanced in favor of the seller and are hard to contest from the unhappy buyer.

It is a method introduced by the first companies that used to sell hair systems, which created a monopoly and made people pay a lot for old generation wigs, which were not credible and very heavy.

Then the world of hair systems sale has changed. But, despite that, some new companies have imposed a contract on their customers, doing the exact same thing they have criticized the companies which used to have hair system monopoly for.

Unfortunately, some businessmen still haven’t understood that in 2018 they have to offer their customers a good product at an excellent price and with no bonds.

It is not strange to see hair system companies which still stay in the past, make their customers sign contracts, believe to be the only one in the market and defame any competitors trying to destroy them in every way possible. They don’t understand that web and global trade can’t be stopped and the ones destined to disappear are not those who they attack, but who doesn’t adapt to an open and honest trade with guarantees.

Monopoly

The monopoly is over and nobody will be able to stay without opening to competition.

That’s why we suggest to all those who want to buy a hair system or a wig that they don’t sign any contracts. If a contract is proposed, openly ask the seller what is the meaning of signing a contract for a textile product completely similar to a pair of jeans for example.

Don’t sign. Demand to see the product. Don’t trust those who use complicated words and don’t show you a single conclusive photo of the base you will wear.

Avoid those who ask you to perform the maintenance at their own affiliate hairdresser. You have to be free to choose. You are buying and paying for a product and you have the right to use it how and when you want, you are not signing for a long lasting bond.

Hair systems are textile products, made in China, so they are nothing complicated and don’t need the signing of a contract.

That’s why we discourage buying your hair systems from those who want you to sign a contract. If that happens we suggest you to bring it home and read it carefully before signing it.
