But, on the other hand, why don’t you create that hairstyle we like so much, only because it would ruin our hair quicker?
If we want to live in a completely normal way and have the freedom to use the hairstyle we prefer, we have to keep in mind that we will simply have to change our natural wig or our hair system a little more frequently.
What is “less bad” for a natural wig or a hair system?
Obviously, if it is necessary to emphasize and define curly hair, using a foam format is the ideal, or even the gel. But it is very important to check carefully the ingredients on the container. Avoid foams which contains alcohol.
With lacquer happens the exact same thing. Today on the market there is a lacquer which doesn’t contain alcool, but it doesn’t stop being a resin which, with continued use, can dry the hairs. We will notice them more opaque, fragile, with the tendency to snag themselves if you have long hairs.
For that reason, we always choose good quality products which don’t leave visible particles or “crusts” on the hairs and are removed with a simple brush.
Considering that if we are regular users of this kind of hair fixers, we will have to wash our system or wig more frequently (every 3 or 4 days) in order to be able to hydrate it and clean from resins. Let’s remember that the hair system doesn’t have fats, since it doesn’t have a bulb, therefore we have to condition it and intensely nourish the hairs using external cosmetics.
In case we desire a modern hairstyle with short or very short hair, wax is more suitable than hair gel. It spreads well and almost all the quality brands have hydrating and protective properties for hairs. The result is more opaque than the brightness of gel, even tough in this moment it is a trend.

Although wax or hairstyle creams effectively nourish and take care of the hairs, it is important to be a lot more disciplined and protect the hair system with the right shampoo and mask.
These products are designed for people who have organic hairs, that means, hairs which grow at least 1 cm per month and are washed regularly.
With hair replacement systems and natural wigs we have to be a lot more careful.
